Dr. Abeer Al Omar

Dr. Abeer Al Omar holds a DBA in Strategic Management from Bradford University,
focusing on CEO Leadership Effectiveness in Kuwait. She is a 21-year old veteran of the
petrochemical industry and was one of the first employees of Equate Petrochemical
Company K.S.C.C. Dr. Abeer is a fitness enthusiast and an adventurer who went to
Antartica in 2016 as part of Robert Swan’s “Leadership on the Edge”, and has climbed
several summits for charity including Kilimanjaro in 2012 as part of “Gulf for Good.”
